Purpose
This policy keeps Qalamora safe and reliable for every school. It applies to the Customer and all its Users. Breaking it may lead to removal of content, suspension or ending of the account under the Terms of Service.
Lawful use
Do not use the Service to break any law, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, or to store or send content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening or that violates someone else's privacy or intellectual property.
Do not enter personal data you have no lawful right to hold, and do not use student, parent or staff data for any purpose other than running your institution.
Messages
Send SMS, WhatsApp, email and in-app messages only to people who have a real relationship with your institution (students, guardians, staff and applicants) and about matters connected to it. Do not send spam, bulk advertising to bought lists, or messages that harass anyone.
Follow the rules of your SMS and WhatsApp providers and of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, including sender ID, timing and opt-out rules, and stop messaging anyone who asks you to.
Security and fair use
Do not try to access another school's data, other accounts, or parts of the Service you are not permitted to use. Do not probe, scan or test the Service for weaknesses without our written permission (report weaknesses to [email protected] instead).
Do not upload malware, interfere with the Service, overload it, bypass plan limits or security controls, scrape it, or access it with automated tools other than our published API within its limits.
Do not share sign-in details or let one account be used by several people. Create a login for each person who needs one.
AI and OCR
Use AI and OCR features only with documents you are allowed to process, check every result before approving it, and do not use them to produce misleading records, certificates or results.
Reporting
Report misuse or content that breaks this policy to [email protected]. We review reports promptly and will contact the school concerned.
