Refund Policy
Effective: 18 October 2026. Qalamora is provided by ABT Dev Services, Lahore, Pakistan. The English text of this page prevails over any translation.
1. Money-back period
If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies once per school.
2. Renewals and yearly plans
Subscriptions are paid in advance. You can stop renewal at any time and the Service continues until the end of the paid period. Apart from the cases below, payments for periods that have started are not refunded.
3. When we always refund
Duplicate or mistaken payments: the extra amount, in full, after we check it.
Long outages: if the cloud Service is unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row for reasons within our control, we refund or credit the affected days on request. Shorter disruptions are covered by the availability credits in the Terms of Service.
Ending by us: if we stop offering the Service, or end your subscription without fault on your part, we refund the unused part of the prepaid period.
Changes you do not accept: if you cancel because of a material change to the terms, we refund the unused part of the prepaid period.
4. What is not refunded
Charges made by your own SMS, WhatsApp, payment or cloud storage providers, which you pay to them; AI or OCR credits that have been used; and periods suspended or ended because of a serious breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
If you paid with a discount or coupon, refunds are based on the amount actually paid.
5. How refunds are made
Email [email protected] from the owner email address with the school web address and invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method or by bank transfer to an account in the school's or owner's name, normally within 10 working days. If a payment gateway does not return its own fee to us, that fee may be deducted.
Please contact us before disputing a card payment with your bank, so that we can resolve it quickly.
