Qalamora is paid monthly or yearly in rupees. Plans differ by size (students, campuses, storage) and by the modules they include. See the current plans and prices on the pricing page.
The subscription page
The school owner opens Settings > Subscription. Only the owner can see it and pay invoices. It shows:
- Plan and Price (per month or per year), with any discount.
- Paid until, or Trial ends during a free trial.
- Status: Trial, Active, Payment overdue, Unpaid (read-only), Suspended, Cancelled or Expired.
- Usage and limits: active students, staff, staff logins, campuses, storage and SMS this month, against your plan's limits.
- Invoices from Qalamora, with Download invoice and Pay now.
- Qalamora support access: allow or end a time-limited support session.
Changing your plan
Write to us from the contact page to move to a bigger or smaller plan. A plan change shows on the subscription page as Plan from next renewal and applies from that date.
Modules in your plan
Each plan includes a set of modules. In Settings > Modules a module that your plan does not include is marked Not in your plan. Switching a module off never deletes its data. See Switch modules on or off.
Cancelling
You can stop renewing at any time. The subscription runs until the end of the paid period; after that the school becomes read-only, so you can still view, print and export your records. Data is never deleted automatically. See the refund policy.
