Fees and challans

Fee plans, concessions, monthly challans, the fee counter, receipts and defaulters.

  1. Set up fee heads and class fee plans Add your fee heads such as tuition and admission, build one fee plan per class, and put every student of the class on it in one step.
  2. Concessions and sibling discounts Give one student a fixed or percentage concession, set a school-wide sibling discount, and change or end it later without touching old challans.
  3. Generate monthly fee challans Create the month's fee challans for the whole school or one class, check the preview of totals and skipped students, then print them in one go.
  4. Challan layouts and paper sizes Choose a 3-copy bank challan or a student slip, set the paper size, bank details and what is printed on every challan, in English or Urdu.
  5. Collect fees at the counter Find a student by name, GR number or challan number, see every unpaid challan, take full or part payment by cash, bank or cheque and print a receipt.
  6. Receipts, reprints and reversals Reprint a fee receipt, choose receipt paper, and reverse a wrong payment with a reason so the original stays on record and the challan is unpaid again.
  7. Defaulters and fee reminders See every student with unpaid fees, largest balance first, print or download the list, and send a fee reminder to parents in the app or by SMS.
  8. Change an issued challan Correct a fee challan that was already issued by sending a change request. Another person approves it, and the original challan stays on record.
  9. Transport and library charges on challans Put monthly transport fees and library fines on the same fee challan by choosing the fee head each one is billed under in Fee setup.
  10. Late fine and collection rules Decide whether parents may pay part of a challan or in advance, set a late fine per overdue challan, and tell parents when a payment is received.
