How school data is kept separate, encrypted and protected.

  1. How your school data is protected How Qalamora keeps each school's data separate, encrypts sensitive fields such as B-Form and CNIC numbers, controls access and records who did what.
  2. Two-step sign-in (two-factor) Turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, save your recovery codes, and know what to do if you change or lose your phone.
  3. Sign-in rules for staff Set the shortest password, password changes, idle sign-out, roles that need two-factor, allowed networks and new device alerts for your school.
  4. The audit log See a permanent record of sign-ins, failed attempts, role changes, sensitive edits, printouts and downloads in your school, with who and when.
