Add a school watermark to papers

A watermark is printed faint and centred on every page of the question paper and its answer key. It marks the paper as your school's and makes photocopies easy to recognise. It is set per paper and can be saved in a template.

Steps

1. Open the paper. Go to Academics > Test maker and open the paper from the list.
2. Open the style panel. Click Paper style, watermark and bubble sheet on the left.
3. Choose the watermark. Under School watermark pick Watermark: Off, School logo, School name or Custom text.
4. Type your text. For Custom text, fill Watermark text, for example Confidential or Send-up 2026.
5. Choose the strength. Pick Light or Medium. The preview on the right shows the result straight away.
6. Print. Press Print and Make PDF. The watermark is on every page of the question paper and the answer key.

نوٹ

The watermark stays light on purpose so the paper is easy to read and photocopy. The MCQ answer sheet never carries a watermark, so only the bubbles and the student's marks are on it.

School logo and name

School logo and School name come from your school profile in Settings > School and branding. If the logo looks wrong, update it there.

Keep it for every paper

Press Save as my template in the same panel. Papers made from that template start with the same watermark and print settings.
